Okay, we call it Chicken Balti, but we don't serve it in the original Balti pot, of course. So is is a Balti then???
Hmm, not really, I guess. However: we prepare our Chicken Balti just as in the Balti pot. Same ingredients, same spices. And: no less important: Just as nice, tasty, healthy as the Original version; with the Onion, Bell Pepper, Chili, Tomato, Garlic and the lovely Indian spices and herbs.
We serve it with Basmati rice.
